“If you want excellent service call Johns heating and air. They installed a 5 ton heat package in my 40 x 60 shop. The quality of the install shows there williness to take extra steps to make the job not only work good, but to look good as well. I have never seen sheet metal that was square and plumb as this install. They even took the time to space the brackets evenly which also adds to their professionalism and quality of the build. Dan has always kept my heat and air running. He has very fair prices but what is most valuable is how he will save your equipment if at all possible and keep it running so you don't have to be under the gun to buy brand new if it is at all possible. Big companies will be more likely to sell you new equipment under duress even if they could have fixed your equipment and it could run a little longer while you are able to prepare to buy new equipment. He has worked on two other homes in our family and we have all had positive outcomes.“

“How to say this. I had used them 3 times and thought they did not complete a service I had paid for. I now know that it was a 3rd party that was involved in a contract for sale. I did leave a bad review. Dan Knight called me immediately. As soon as the details were ironed out, he sent a technician out to look at my AC. I had been misled but NOT by Knight HVAC. The technician did a fabulous job. Knowledgeable, professional, polite, He cleaned, checked over my AC. Then serviced my furnaces and explained many details that the homeowner left out. It should have been caught in the inspection. I hope Knight Heat and Air will allow me to stay with them as a life long customer using their Royal service. I do highly recommend them. As a former Louisiana resident, it’s far better to have your AC serviced annually before you have a problem. ?“

“Ryan and an apprentice were here most of the day working on our a/c compressor which had also caused the fuse to short out. There were some additional problems that popped up but they stayed with it and called to get additional advice over the phone. I admired their persistence and friendliness (keeping us in the loop). They also kept to the original quote even with the extra involved. Also wanted to add another technician dropped lunch off for them. Which warmed my heart. (the caring and watching out for each other). Very professional with a hometown feel.“

“My 93yr old Mother's system went out. They sent out a guy PDQ! Compressor shot. Gave replacement price. Or, for a little more than twice that price. Replace whole system. The system is from mid 1970's. Seemed like a good idea to me. They got the AC going in time for 90 degree day. (In March!!)“
