The owner, Tim, has to be the nicest repairman I have ever met. Their prices were unbeatable and the service was thorough and professional. I would recommend him to everybody!
Truly can't say enough good about this company!
I called them out to take a look at my unit outside since it received hail damage from the storm. They replaced the insulation around the pipe that was condensing and dripping. They also taped up the damage wire to the thermostat. Until I am able/want to replace my entire air unit/furnace, they recommended that I don't spend any additional money on it since it is quite a bit old. They didn't have to do all of that! I really appreciated their help, after all the damage on everything else this storm caused. I highly reccomend them! They will tell it to you straight, but still help out as much as they can!
If I could give Tim at 417 H&A ten stars, I would. This is the second time I’ve had to call him, and he has officially earned a loyal customer. A few months ago, he saved the day on short notice when my heating wouldn’t kick on, fixing the issue quickly for a very reasonable service fee.
Today, I came home from work to an 80-degree house because my AC wasn’t turning on. Despite it being the busy summer season, I texted Tim and he squeezed me in on his way to another job, arriving within an hour. He and his assistant got straight to work checking voltages, fuses, and wires. Right as they were about to open up the blower, the fan magically roared back to life!
