I just wanted to give a shout out to the best in the business, Jameson Heating & Air. Tonight our unit quit cooling as it should and I started doing all the checks and found an error code. I called the office and was sent through for a service call. Brian immediately reached out and we walked through possible scenarios and reset the unit over the phone. None of it was working and he said we’re probably in need of a part and I’ll head that way.He arrived and dug into the unit and we checked the parts and found that a roly-poly had found itself into the inner workings of the AC contactor and prevented it from kicking on. We have used John's for 32 years and have been extremely pleased with their service. Over the years there have been a few glitches but they always came back right away to fix the situation. They just replaced our 32 year old HVAC that they had installed. Outstanding equipment that they maintained all these years. Highly recommend.
My a/c unit went out and tried 3 other hvac shops look at it and then I happened to drive by John's Heating and Air and Dan helped me out by getting me a unit that I could install myself and it saved me quite a lot of money. Dan also brought the unit to me himself and dropped the unit and I had cold air in about 10 minutes.
I will definitely use them again and I will tell everyone that asks me where they should go or who they should call, and I will HIGHLY recommend Dan and John's Heating and Air.
