Had the BEST experience after-hours! I called around 8pm and a live, sweet woman answered the phone and said she’d have someone out to look at my unit. She texted me with instructions on what to do until someone got to my home. Faster than I was expecting, a knowledgeable gentleman showed up and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue quickly and charged next to nothing for the after-hours call. I will never call anyone other than Callahan!

They’re great about communicating when something is due and giving updates. Now our furnace is needing serviced & I called them at 8pm, they’re here an hour later. They’re so helpful & do a great job.
