I appreciated the clear communication on what needed to be fixed so that my dryer would work efficiently and that the technicians were able to fix it the day of! I’ve never been so thankful to do laundry!

We are very pleased with the service we received from LCS Kleen-Aire. When our pellet stove went out, they were able to clean and inspect our pellet stove sooner than anyone else. They had let us know upfront what the fee would be for the cleaning and inspection and their rate was comparable to other companies we reached out to. The tech let us know when he was in his way and he arrived on time for the appointment. He maintained a clean work environment and was very professional and helpful with making sure our problem was resolved. We will for sure continue to use them to service our pellet stove in the future.
