My late husband and I started going to Dr. Hugo when he first opened his practice around 20 years ago or so. We got our son going to him. I started back with him when I moved back to St. Louis after the death of my husband. He's going a great doctor, very caring and compassionate.

They changed my appointment because they double booked or something, made it later, and are STILL late. It would be super if doctors umderstood that their patient's time is also important. And 4 people who arrived after me have gone before. BUT I really like the nurse practitioner.

Hard to tell what's going on here but every time I call 'we are closed'. It's 12:55 on a Wednesday. I've tried calling numerous times during regular business hours and 'we are closed'. I called another office and they said they should be there. They couldn't even get through.
