“I got several quotes for a potential new roof (it was old and had years of hail damage) after a company canvased my neighborhood. I spent considerable time/energy contacting what I felt to be the most professional companies… with high review ratings and recommended by Angie’s List. Coldstream was one of them. Kevin came out, inspected my roof and then talked with me at length. He was very professional and personable… but just as important to me, he was very honest in telling me my roof would probably last a few more years… but he gave me pros and cons for waiting versus replacing it now. He also pointed to a problem my previous roof had that I was unaware of and recommended a fix of that problem also. After much consideration, I went with Coldstream because I trusted Kevin (he didn’t try to “hard sell” me, a single woman, as other companies have done) and their pricing was good… not too high, not too low. My roof was replaced within a week (!). It’s beautiful and Kevin made the process go without a hitch. I rarely ever provide reviews for companies, but interacting with Kevin (before, during and after the replacement) made the process so much less stressful for me! “Richards gave excellent troubleshooting to a quirky problem. I got five estimates when I had a roof problem, and was replacing my flat roof, and only Richard’s took time to troubleshoot the issue. Start to finish communication was great, prices were very fair & comparable even though they offered so much more, They were accurate on time, and each person who showed up was excellent at their job. There didn’t seem to be a hierarchy, rather as a customer you were happy each person had the job they had. When there was a snafu in the middle (due to the quirky problem) They let me know immediately, and with some troubleshooting again the problem is resolved completely.
