The place looks great since the remodel! I love that they have oversized washers and dryers so you are in and out quickly. The facility is always neat and clean. Their staff is always helpful and friendly, especially Debbie.

The owner Scott is a top notch individual who knows how to run a successful operation with his employees. Josh the tech was very professional and knew his way around the equipment. Mark Schuettenberg was wonderful. Very pleasant demeanor with a can do attitude. Had a slight hiccup during the quote, but that was quickly made good by mutual understanding. My wife & I both noted his attention to detail in making sure all the jobs were done right. During the walk through/inspection, anything that was pointed out he gladly said "No problem, I will take care of it". And he did! Inspite of the heat index that Monday that averaged 105*F [08/23/21], he worked through for the whole day inspite of his team mate being caught up with the heat and had to go home, which Mark arranged.
