“Everyone i spoke to was extremely helpful and polite. We needed our roof replaced through insurance and they were trying to only cover a portion. I worked most directly with Andrew and he was able to get my insurance company to cover the entire replacement. He was also quick to answer any questions I had since the whole process was new to me. They scheduled a date to drop off materials and begin the work, everything was right on time. The first company I worked with dragged things on forever, but once I called tesson I had a new completed roof about a month and a half. Most of that time was spent negotiating with my insurance company on my behalf. We had some issues with the air conditioner during the replacement and they were very fast and professional dealing with it, they resolved everything completely and we are very happy with our experience using this company. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.”
