Amos came out to give us an opinion on whether we needed some downspouts replaced after a questionable installation by another company. It would have been very easy for him to suggest a lot of work to be done, but I appreciated his honest recommendation of a simple adjustment. I will definitely be calling him and BTJDG for future, bigger projects!
Great service with Ryan and Kolbie yesterday..they fixed my gutters and showed me pictures of work before and after, such a relief! They also ran across a bird nesting on the downspout and gently and carefully worked around it not disturb the mama and babies. I met with Amos prior to the job and he described everything and really listened to my concerns..very professional.
The entire experience was professional, fairly priced, thoroughly explained, estimates provided, pictures of before and after, and the work painted to match existing materials. You will also like Caleb and his employees and be glad you hired them!!
