“Tight and right. We have had Richfield plumbing coming to our home for over 10 years, when we lived in Richfield and now in Bloomington. We have always been happy with the work. They do an excellent job, and I really like the employees. Quite recently we had a contractor put in fancy bathroom faucets. All of the handles were wobbly, and the contractor had difficulty getting one into a specific sink: he couldn’t. That never happens with Richfield plumbing. The main drain needed to be replaced 2 weeks after buying my first duplex. I got several quotes and started to despair a bit over the cost. “I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have been meaning to write this review for many months but completely forgot to. Our A/C went out in July right before a heat wave was coming. I called every local company I could think of but nobody could come out quick enough and once they heard I had a main unit in the attic, they often refused.

I received a recommendation from another company to give Southside a call. Mark picked up right away and when I described the issue, he identified the likely issue correctly over the phone and said it was unlikely a tech would have to go into the attic to fix anyway. He told me if that fixed it to give them a call and they would cancel the visit and was as able to schedule someone to come out the next day.

Dima arrived bright and early the next day and within 20-30 minutes I had a new compressor covered by my warranty. Dima gave me great advice on annual AC maintenance as well.

I will absolutely be calling them for our next Heating and Cooling issues and can't thank Mark and Dima enough - sorry the review took so long to make!“

Yes, they are spendy but they offered me a couple of coupons that saved me a about $100+. Considering the day of the week (overtime for someone) and I was able to stay in my home (disabled and elderly), I can't complain too much so 5 *'s from me. God Bless Mo who came to fix.
