“I asked Ulmer Construction to help with a bathroom and kitchen remodel. I had an idea of what I wanted for both but was very much so a duck in a large pond. Colin came over and walked through each room and offered advice on possible options for both. Options that I did not think of but with his description, could tell Colin's vision coming to shape in my home. He was always prompt with my questions concerning the project. His team were prompt and responsible when they came to my house. The job site was always clean. And although there were setbacks outside of their control from lumber and material restrictions, they were able to finish ahead of time. I am looking forward to working with Ulmer Construction for future projects. 10 stars up!“

“I reached to Joe R., the owner, and he responded immediately and gave me an estimate that was complete and comprehensive. He gave me some addresses in the area where Blacktop Pros had done some work and I spoke to the homeowners and they were all very pleased. The day came and he brought his crew and equipment and they did a fantastic job. But perhaps the best part of working with them is that as some cracks developed from the winter I called him and he sent a person out to do the repair. “In 2018 we chose Tomco’s bid to completely gut and remodel our basement. We obtained multiple quotes for that work. Although Tomco was not the lowest bid, it also was not the highest bid. We chose Tomco at that time not only based on price but also because of the detailed plans he presented to accomplish the work. We were delighted with the finished product and have since hired Tomco to complete the remodeling of our house on the main floor and loft. Tom took our basic ideas and expanded on them, providing us with excellent recommendations and solutions to problems that other contractors would not tackle. The end result in the winter of 2020 is our entire home has been remodeled by Tomco from bottom to top and we are extremely pleased with the end results. “I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. From the beginning, James was professional and courteous, and his communication was excellent. I am a female and in my thirties, and home remodeling of any kind is not in my realm of expertise, so I really appreciated that James explained things to me thoroughly without being condescending. He gave me a quote upfront and stuck to that price. He also put me in touch with one of his vendors so I could pick out the flooring, and I was very happy with that company. James and his brother removed the old carpeting and installed the new LVP flooring and it turned out perfectly. He also went through the trouble of finding the office door that I wanted instead of me searching for something on my own. I had done my research on the door I wanted, and what James found matched what I was expecting in looks, quality, and price. “We had EZ HOME SOLUTIONS replace our roof and siding because of hale damage. They did a fantastic job and Shaun was there every day and was great to work with. Our only complaint is that we had gutter guards installed the previous year and there roofers made a mess of them. I complained and the owner said that we had cheap gutter guards and their was nothing they could do about it. Now we are going to have them replaced at our own expense and I don't think that is right.“

“I have used Trustworthy for multiple projects; table top glass, shower door glass, and window glass. Wonderful to deal with and excellent service. UPDATE, I had them out again in July 2022 to repair a glass door installed many years ago. They worked hard and didn't give up until the problem was solved. Great team!“

He came out to our house for a quote within a day of my call and while we were not ready to start the project then - when we were finally a few months later, he came out within the timeframe he promised me.He and his team removed tiles from a wood floor and a garage floor - and both ways of removal were very effective.
