I asked Ulmer Construction to help with a bathroom and kitchen remodel. I had an idea of what I wanted for both but was very much so a duck in a large pond. Colin came over and walked through each room and offered advice on possible options for both. Options that I did not think of but with his description, could tell Colin's vision coming to shape in my home. He was always prompt with my questions concerning the project. His team were prompt and responsible when they came to my house. The job site was always clean. Ulmer Remodeling has now completed three different projects on three different homes for my family. They installed a beautiful maintenance free floating floor in a rental I own, a roof on a house we flipped, and now just completed a custom maintenance free deck build. I feel Ulmer remodeling really went the distance to keep me informed during the process which allowed us to make the best budget minded decisions adding value to our properties.
