Colin came over and walked through each room and offered advice on possible options for both. Options that I did not think of but with his description, could tell Colin's vision coming to shape in my home. He was always prompt with my questions concerning the project. His team were prompt and responsible when they came to my house. The job site was always clean. And although there were setbacks outside of their control from lumber and material restrictions, they were able to finish ahead of time. I am looking forward to working with Ulmer Construction for future projects. 10 stars up!“

“We worked with LifeTime for new roofing and siding on our home. They were great to work with! Communicative, friendly and quality work. From the experience of getting the initial estimate through each step of the process, they were direct with us. In addition to sharing their expertise and suggestions, they were open to our ideas as well. We ran into some unexpected issues since it’s a very old house and Sergey & his team explained to us what was going on, and worked with our insurance adjuster to get things covered. From start to finish they were on top of everything. And it’s a little thing, but we have two small kids and everyone on each crew was so kind to them (they are pretty curious children). After the insurance portion of the work was finished, we hired them again to finish up things that were not covered by our claim. We are so happy we chose to work with them for this top-to-bottom exterior project. Our house looks 1000x better due to their expert workmanship. Thank you LifeTime!!“

“I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. From the beginning, James was professional and courteous, and his communication was excellent. I am a female and in my thirties, and home remodeling of any kind is not in my realm of expertise, so I really appreciated that James explained things to me thoroughly without being condescending. He gave me a quote upfront and stuck to that price. He also put me in touch with one of his vendors so I could pick out the flooring, and I was very happy with that company. James and his brother removed the old carpeting and installed the new LVP flooring and it turned out perfectly. He also went through the trouble of finding the office door that I wanted instead of me searching for something on my own. I had done my research on the door I wanted, and what James found matched what I was expecting in looks, quality, and price. He also kindly gave me advice on some things I decided to tackle on my own (caulking, sanding, etc.) and that was appreciated. During the time I spent with James, I found him to be very meticulous in his work, which was reflected in the final product of my room. We have had a lot of challenges in our old house and they tackled each one professionally. All of our crown molding fascia on the outside had to be removed. They came up with a design that would fit our new copper gutters. It looks amazing, all of the neighbors have been texting us! Merrick check in with me daily to provide updates. He meets with the crew off and on throughout the day. We sit down for coffee weekly to discuss change orders, status of project and review questions. The team is amazing, they always come to work happy, laughing and truly like working together. There is no smoking or loud music.
