We are closing on our forever home today and I cannot say enough about Sharper Homes. We have built several homes over the years and have never had this type of experience. We worked with Jim and Erica Stiller and they are the absolute best! We have never met anybody so passionate about their work like Jim and Erica are. The perfect duo! They would send us messages on a Saturday night and always went above and beyond. Every contractor we met was fantastic. Sharper Homes was great to work with. Their whole team was friendly and enjoyable to work with.Their experience and knowledge got the project off the ground and kept it running smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout the building process. The project finished on time and on budget. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a home builder.
I would give them 10 starts if I could! You simply cannot go wrong with the Stiller Team! Erica and Jim are outstanding in every aspect of real estate! They are true building experts, from start to finish... extensive knowledge in every area of the building process and interior design. Their attention to detail and to you will blow you away! They are also amazing working with existing construction, with many years of experience in that arena as well. You will be working with the dream team, just no way to go wrong with these 2!
