“I am so happy that my daughter's friends recommended Norcon Home Solutions to do my bath remodel. I had a huge whirlpool tub and separate shower that were badly in need of replacement. In fact, the entire bathroom was very dated and run down when I bought the house. My vision was to eliminate the whirlpool tub and shower and add a regular bathtub and a much needed linen closet.Doug provided a complete written estimate and proposed drawing of the room within days of viewing the area. I really appreciated the advice and alternatives that he offered when I had to make some choices. Doug and Joe and the other team members were fantastic! “We had EZ HOME SOLUTIONS replace our roof and siding because of hale damage. They did a fantastic job and Shaun was there every day and was great to work with. Our only complaint is that we had gutter guards installed the previous year and there roofers made a mess of them. I complained and the owner said that we had cheap gutter guards and their was nothing they could do about it. Now we are going to have them replaced at our own expense and I don't think that is right.“

“I inherited multiple issues after moving into my house two years ago. Two large concrete sections of my driveway (adjacent to the garage) had sunk about an inch. This was causing issues with snowplowing in the winter and created a nice lip between the concrete and my garage floor, which was now cracking. The other major issue was I had a basement underneath my garage and was getting water leakage from that same area. Scott assessed the problem correctly, was able to replace the concrete sections, which fixed everything in my driveway and garage AND stopped the water leakage below! He did an amazing job and it's clear his 30 years of experience played a role in resolving these issues.“
“Customer service was exceptional after breaking a post taking dock out for season. They were willing to have a tech fix it the same day if I brought the post in. Ultimately I had to buy a new post but everyone was great in dealing with it.“

“I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. From the beginning, James was professional and courteous, and his communication was excellent. I am a female and in my thirties, and home remodeling of any kind is not in my realm of expertise, so I really appreciated that James explained things to me thoroughly without being condescending. He gave me a quote upfront and stuck to that price. He also put me in touch with one of his vendors so I could pick out the flooring, and I was very happy with that company. James and his brother removed the old carpeting and installed the new LVP flooring and it turned out perfectly. He also went through the trouble of finding the office door that I wanted instead of me searching for something on my own. I had done my research on the door I wanted, and what James found matched what I was expecting in looks, quality, and price. He also kindly gave me advice on some things I decided to tackle on my own (caulking, sanding, etc.) and that was appreciated. During the time I spent with James, I found him to be very meticulous in his work, which was reflected in the final product of my room. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and I would absolutely hire him again if I ever have any remodeling needs.“
