“My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old cedar deck boards and railing after refinishing and replacing a few boards every couple of years. I used a list service to get a few contractors in my area. Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. Third was the second trip to the house to review decking and railing samples. The renovation took a few days longer than planned, which happens with most projects. The crew took their time and did an excellent job. On final walkthrough I only had one concern and by the time I called about it, Chris had been to the house and addressed it. I would have no reservations recommending this team for your deck remodel.“

“Christian and his team replaced my roof back in 2022 as part of the purchase agreement when I bought the home. I was having issues with ice dams and water penetration with the dormers for the last few years. I called him up when I had a leak from the latest rain that we got. It was determined that the flashing along the dormers was installed incorrectly. He was willing to have the crew come out and reinstall the correct step flashing.

The fact that he was willing to help make it right and stand behind his work nearly 4 years later speaks volume. He didn’t complain about it, he didn’t try to argue with me or downplay the issue. He just did the right thing, even when it probably wasn’t convenient for him. He is someone that I would want to do business with in the future.“

“Drew respond to my inquiry for gutters in a prompt time. Even when I changed my mind about the gutter color, he accommodated it with no complaint.
I did not expect them to make the gutters in front of my house bit that was very cool. My youngest daughter was very interested in everything they were doing.
They did have to adjust attachments to our mudroom since previous owners didn't do a good job.

“I had a bathtub/shower surround from 1998 removed and now have a gorgeous walk-in shower plus 2 vanity tops replaced. Neighbor's had used this company and were extremely pleased so I reached out for a bid. John was very helpful in steering me to materials and where to get the best prices on tile. I had honestly been trying to keep the price lower by looking at other shower surrounds at Menards thinking that porcelain tile would be too expensive. Once I educated myself and really studied John's bid I realized with his company there was so much work under the shower and behind the walls hence labor costs that is not possible with cheap systems nor those 1-2 day installs . John and his workers do such quality work that there is no comparison. I have such high praise for the 2 skilled guys who worked here for 10 days. When I reached out to my financial adviser to transfer funds into my checking for payment he was surprised. He said he hears of much higher figures and asked for info to reach out for himself as has another neighbor. As a senior widow it is always scary trusting companies to not take advantage.
