“From the first contact to the last, they were professional, courteous, and caring. All of our questions were answered quickly. The facility is beautiful and many commented that it felt so warm and comforting. I have two suggestions for improvement: provide a list of items/supplies that are included (tablecloths, napkins, etc) and let the family know how to find the staff if anything comes up (I was going around knocking on doors when one of the toilets needed attention). Other than that, the attention to detail was amazing!We were happy to find several restaurants nearby to sit down with family and friends for a meal after the service. The location was easy to find and the parking was easier than expected.“

Not only could you sense the care in each phone call or personal interaction he and his staff where very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. One of his staff members even picked up our catering order the morning of my mother’s funeral taking that burden off of our shoulders. He was always willing answer any phone calls helping myself or my father on next steps to do and really made a hard time for our family seem like such a breeze. We worked with Cora here and the entire experience was so helpful and respectful. I really like how they take care in who is providing what info and also help notify SS. They also help by working with the hospital, University of Minnesota's #1 recommendation.
Death certificates were mailed. Cards were made. Urn's are on display with many many options and engraving is included!
