“VLS has been mowing and trimming my front and back yards for a couple of months now, and I'm really pleased with them. I love being able to spend all of my 'outdoor time' working on my landscaping projects instead of that time being taken up by mowing. In addition to the work itself, I like that I get an email every week the day before they're going to be there. While they show up on the same day every week (except for the occasional rain delay), it's still nice to get the email reminder, considering how fast the days seem to go by).“

“Johnson Creek Landscaping was just what I needed! Mick came and assessed my situation (56x22x3 foot retaining wall), came up with a plan and informed me of ways I could save money on the project (usually folks are trying to upsell instead of save their clients money!). When they came to do the project, they were very professional, nice guys. They did a great job and cleaned up at the end of every day. They even swept the street out in front. They cared for my property and at the end, the leveled my lawn (which had been damaged by their equipment) and seeded it and laid hay down. The grass was back in a few weeks! The even seeded my neighbors lawn below their side of my retaining wall (where there was only dirt before) and mulched below the other neighbors (where there has been mulch before). “Our townhouse complex has used PHM for lawn care and snow removal for many years, probably over a decade. They do a nice job. What they are really good at is customer service. Pat is really good at communication and responsiveness to questions and concerns, and accomodations.“

“Very happy with Lone Oak. This is my third summer in my house. They installed the system here so I continued with them. They show up on time. When something has needed to be fixed, they've done it reasonably priced. Especially true when the entire back of the system was destroyed by the company who installed my fence.

Edit: Now my 9th summer. Lone Oak has still been great. Turn-on/blow-out prices have increased but still well worth it.

When the city did backflow inspections, I had zero issues. My system had been installed properly and I didn't have to do anything.

This spring, my front zone didn't work when they came to turn on the system. They were back today. I came home to huge holes in my front yard. The roots of the maple tree in the boulevard had pinched off the lines. They bypassed the problem.

As they were finishing, I was shocked that I could barely tell they had been here. (First two photos were the huge holes. Last one was right after they left.)

Bob and the guys at Lone Oak seem to have installed a quality system. And when issues have arisen, not their fault, they have resolved them for me for reasonable prices.“

They have been quick to respond on usual maintenance- re spreading polymer sand, and resetting some pavers where there has been wear. “Southview Design as been handling our landscaping and snow removal for about 6 years now and I can not say enough good things about Josh S and the team at Southview Design. I am a Property Manager at a distribution center in Shakopee Mn that lays on 95 acres of land with a 1.3 million sq ft building with 623 tractor trailer parking spots and 636 car parking spots. Needless to say it adds up to a lot of snow plowing/salting and shoveling throughout the property. We are contracted with Southview to respond to trace amounts of snow and they are always on time to the site to respond to the event with no complaints from the tenants. Billing is prompt and accurate. They also provide an After Snow Review to assure you that they are following up on the service they provided.
They also provide all our Landscape/irrigation needs. Lawn care is exceptional and irrigation systems are well maintained. Contract pricing is very competitive.
