“Overall, amazing experience with Precision.
Positives:
- given a DETAILED description of the work that would be performed and HOW it would be performed; as well as provided pictures of the trees that would be taken down to make sure exact work performed was what I requested
- Had all my questions answered about the manner in which the work would be performed during initial business
- Received a very fair quote for the work to be performed
- Was given recommendations on how best the work should be done
- on the day of the work, plywood was laid down in the yard to protect the grass, etc, as large machinery needed to be used
- I observed excellent team work from the climbers/cutters, machine operators (crane, etc) and trimmers
- the work was done EXTREMELY efficiently and timely
- clean up was impeccable...raking, picking up of even the smallest branches, etc...outstanding
Honestly, about the only improvement I might recommend is a little better communication...I requested the quote on the front end and was informed that there would be follow up, but someone just showed up at the house without me knowing...which is great, but it would've been nice to know someone was coming beforehand. Also, I had to call a couple times to see when my work was to be performed and was informed that it was already scheduled, but I hadn't been made aware of that. I would consider these things minor to my overall experience. The positives FAR outweighed these 2 items. If I was grading a test, I'd give the overall experience a 99%. Outstanding.”
