Screen medic went above and beyond. I needed 7 window screens rebuilt and they initially said it would be about two weeks. When I spoke to Maggie and explained the urgency, she jumped into action, coordinated with her production team and turned it in 4 days. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of window and screen services. They are definitely top notch in quality and customer service!
I needed just a patio screen door. I say just because two other companies thought the job was too small for them to come out. Screen Medic not only took care of my needs, but I mention those two companies in the negative as I praise the over the top quality and service from Screen Medic. No job too small, and great customer service. Something lacking from the two aforementioned companies.
Chase was awesome. Very nice and very helpful replace two of my screens and saved me money by fixing the rolling of the other two rather than convincing me I needed to replace them as well. I will definitely recommend you.
