It's been ~7 months since I had Steve and his team replace all 18 windows in my home. I've experienced both summer and winter temps and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Zen Windows.Steve made the estimate process incredibly simple compared to some of the other sales pitches I heard. No in-home sales pitch was a breath of fresh air after some of the other bids I obtained and the price was extremely competitive. He also came back to measure a window I had missed on our initial walkthrough and was cheerful throughout even with my mistake.Steve's crew was professional, quick and friendly. We have had our Zen Windows for quite a few years. The few times we have had an issue with a window, Steve has promptly addressed the situation and fixed it for us. The warranty is great and Steve follows through.
