I'd reached out to Alex about replacing a screen w/a bent frame - he explained that he could straighten the frame instead, and did that in just a few minutes, even taking it back out a second time when he said he could still see a bit of daylight around it. And best of all, he showed me how to easily remove our window cranks to make removing and replacing the screens so much easier, and avoid having this happen again! I'd recommend The Screen Guy very highly based on the ease and efficiency of scheduling a service call, the fact that he offers a mobile service, and his speed and excellence in fixing our screen!
Alex was awesome! He responded to my inquiry while on vacation and had me collect the info he needed so he could start work when he returned in a couple of days. 1 week later I had a new sliding screen door which fit my space perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. The cost was very reasonable and SO much cheaper than getting an new sliding door with screen.
Very pleased. Was on time, friendly and professional
Got the job done quick. Quality work, looks great. Highly recommend. Thanks, here is to no more kitty escapes with our new heavy duty screen.
