Through every issue, no matter how big or small, he is patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. He not only solves our questions and issues in a timely manner but also takes time to patiently educate us on what was done and what to expect. “Dropped my HP Envy 360 off on a Thursday due to the power button not working, computer wouldn’t turn on. I read that this is common with these HP’s. Anyway, they told me they could have it ready by the following Tuesday.They ended up having it ready by Wednesday morning and the cost was a FRACTION of what you’d pay with the BB Geek Squad. I researched what people were paying for soldering on a new power (thingy) to the motherboard and seriously, they charged me 1/3 of what folks were paying at BB.Communication could have been a little better but the price and workmanship is what is important to me. They earned my returned business. I give them a solid A-.“
