Five stars to Logitium! My phone was heavily infected with viruses, and they did a fantastic job cleaning it out. They removed all the malware and got my phone back to normal in a very timely manner. Great, efficient service!
This guy was one of the best as far as customer service goes. Around a month ago I had brought in my ps5 after seeing my hdmi port was not working. He had ended up fixing it but a month later it had the same problem. I had came to him again and he had nicely explained to me how warranty worked and had not given me any attitude whatsoever (even though I was asking a lot of questions and constantly checking in with him). After that he ran an inspection and ended up having to replace another part which he spent a lot of time working on and I had came back and he was super nice and very open to negotiating prices.
