I have been using Premier IT for years. What sets them apart from other IT support firms is their responsiveness! I can't remember a time when I didn't get a live tech within minutes of my first call. In addition to being responsive, they are technically competent. I trust their expertise that they will find & fix the problem. It's great not having to deal with chat bots or foreign based support.

Andrew was extremely helpful in resolving a technical issue that we were having with our internet provider. It had impacted our ability to send and receive e-mails. He not only worked with us but also our internet provider to get the issue resolved. Andrew was extremely courteous and patient and followed up to make sure everything was working properly on our laptop and also our phones. We were very pleased with the service at Premier IT!
