My experience with Atomic Data has been excellent. The entire organization is organized, prepared, thoughtful and attentive. The best relationship I've had with an MSP. I would highly recommend you give them a try.
We selected Atomic Data to be our new Managed Service Provider after getting bids from Atomic and five other MSPs. Service delivery from Atomic has been excellent.
Pros:
24 x 7 Network Operation Center (NOC) and Security Operation Center (SOC)
Strong set of services - CrowdStrike for EDR, Kaseya for remote desktop support
Staff - Atomic has excellent technicians. Every organization will have a few average techs. Atomic seems to have all A Team.
Cons
