I can’t say enough good things about Techmate. We needed their services to scrub several electronic devices after a large and upsetting hack of our financial accounts and emails. We were met with great service, competent employees, and quick turnaround. A+ all around.
My daughter had a charging issue with her MacBook. It ended up being a charger issue. We weren’t charged for them to figure this out. Very helpful and honest!
Have gone here for a charging port cleaning in the past and they have always been super nice! Also they don’t charge for that service which most places do up to $35. So that alone made me even more willing to go here when I had a real issue. I had cracked my screen on my IPhone and came in to get it fixed. Super nice and fast!! Got me a quote, and he told me it would take 2-3 hours as he was the only one working (Saturday morning) and I said no problem. Within 45 min I got a message saying it was done and ready for pick up!! I was worried that he wasn’t able to fix it since it was so fast, but to my happy surprise that was not the case. Was able to replace my screen and add a new protector! Amazing, friendly service! Will happily take any tech issues I have back to them!!
