I got a Dell laptop for under 300$ for my small business start up. He helped with set up and navigation of the systems I need to use. It was a great experience. My keyboard wasn’t working. I dropped it off on Friday, and Saturday they fixed it. They got ahold of me and gave me an estimate. I got my computer the next day with a new hard drive.

My work laptop’s screen had died. I had started by inquiring at GeekSquad but they send the work out, so it would have taken weeks.
With this place, they could order the parts needed and I could keep my laptop with me until those parts arrived, and it was only going to take 4 hours to repair. Thanks to that, when the parts arrived, I had it fixed and ready to go before work the following day! Very happy with the service.
