Needed our personal MacBook Pro fixed. They described all possible outcomes and costs, then we discussed what route was best. We left feeling fully informed. We later were contacted and they had played with the computer a bit more before sending it to Apple and were able to find a solution that was faster and cheaper than what we discussed. They displayed all the qualities I like in a business, so we will be going back. The only hard this is finding them- head in the Main Enterance door and go to 2nd floor to #285.

Amazing experience with the Foundation. Dan and his team did a phenomenal job with my daughter's laptop repair. Kept me informed every step of the way. Under promised and over delivered. I absolutely recommend the Foundation without reservation. Excellent customer service, professional, caring staff, got the job done ahead of schedule, and got it done right the first time.
