He was the only plumber willing to help us reroute our iron filtration system out of our septic after our septic tank failed. He also helped install a new outdoor spigot for a hose. He was incredibly kind and patient. And he did a great job. We really appreciate his thoroughness and how quick he was able to respond to come out and talk through our needs. “Jackie and Lee are great - I called them for a second opinion after an extremely expensive quote from a large local home services company that said I needed a total sewer line replacement and quoted me $10k for that. Jackie and Lee looked at the line with a camera and told me it was completely fine, even better than what they expected to see for the age of the main line - saved me $10k and a big headache. I will continue to call them for periodic maintenance on the sewer line - they are trustworthy and HONEST about what is actually necessary, and teach about proper preventative maintenance to avoid large expensive problems.“
