They were prompt and communicative, and shuffled their schedule around to fit in a tough cleanout job due to tree roots. Lee showed me the camera footage and thoroughly explained the issues he found at several points in the process, focused on fixing the issue rather than digging up the yard to replace the main sewer line, and walked through proper maintenance going forward.
