“I highly recommend this company. I had a bad spot on my area rug and tried everything I could think of to remove it but was not successful. John came out and did a great job getting rid of it. After that the rug had some bulges I could not get rid of it and I
called them and they picked it up and did their magic and it lays flat again!!!! They did not charge me and I am so pleased that they backed up their work and are so professional. Btw the bulges were because of the fabric in the rug and not their issue.
