“I was getting my fathers condo ready to sell after my father passed recently that he lived in 30 years. I knew that there would be a chance I would have to replace the carpet due to all the stains and years of wear. I looked at most of the companies reviews and I read that Cleanstarr was close to a perfect 5 star in the reviews.. So I called Mark Wilson owner of the company and asked for an approximate charge and it was right on plus tax and no hidden charges. He text me the approximate time he would be here and he arrived on time. He spent almost 4 hours going over some really bad spots in the carpet continuously going over and over again as finishing up the cleaning through out the house. Most areas looked so much better but the carpet wasn't savable …Mark gave it 100 percent so I give him 5 stars for his effort and professionalism and friendliness. WMeehan“
“This review is not normal. I had MN Green Team come out to clean my air ducts. When they walked into my laundry room, which had the furnace, they smelled gas. I can't smell gas. They said they could do the work but wouldn't. To this day I wonder if I went went one of the big corporate companies if I would never have known about the gas because for them it's about the numbers. Gas company came out and sure enough, I had two slow gas leaks. That would explain a lot health-wise. The guy from the gas company said I was "nose blind". I had it fixed the same day. One week later MN Green Team came out to clean my air ducts. They couldn't smell gas. Air ducts were cleaned. Very professional and personable. Great team!!BTW, in my opinion, the guys were easy on the eyes. I'm old. I'm not dead. Thanks to MN Green Team, I'm hopeful to say that for years to come.“

“I ended up having to cancel my move-out cleaning service due to issues with the movers I had hired, and Iris and Carl were both very understanding and sympathetic (and, bluntly, some of the only people to show me any kindness that day!) Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me! I contacted Excellent Cleaningz once again to handle move-out cleaning for my apartment. They were very flexible with scheduling (which proved necessary when some of my plans with other contractors went awry) and did a spectactular, thorough job. Their pricing was completely reasonable, and they were very transparent in what they were charging and why, both in preparing an estimate and in telling me what the actual service would cost on the day.
