Antonio was a great technician! Super friendly, and worked very quickly. He was honest about the state of my carpet and about the reasoning behind opting for the extraction instead of a normal clean. I don’t feel like he tried to “upsell” me, just wanted what would give me the most longevity. I will definitely ask for him again!
