They did a good job, unfortunaty when they were leaving Michael was bringing the big hoses up the stairs to leave, accidentally scraped the corner of the wall and a chunk of it down to the metal, was torn off. We did talk to the manager and he will send someone to fix it hopefully.The next day Tyler came for the shampooing end of it, and he was wonderful, did a great job!
David was a pro and personality plusA++++. Was on time and explained the scope of the work! Did an excellent job and was very professional !David deserves everything the company can offer him in my opinion!
Jamie, was OUTSTANDING!!!! He was professional, thorough, kind and happily said “there is no problem” when I asked him to add on another room and stairs! I thought for sure the red kool-aid stains would never come out!!!!!!! Voila!!!! They are completely gone!!! Our carpet is absolutely gorgeous!!!! Just like new!!!!
