“I was getting my fathers condo ready to sell after my father passed recently that he lived in 30 years. I knew that there would be a chance I would have to replace the carpet due to all the stains and years of wear. I looked at most of the companies reviews and I read that Cleanstarr was close to a perfect 5 star in the reviews.. So I called Mark Wilson owner of the company and asked for an approximate charge and it was right on plus tax and no hidden charges. He text me the approximate time he would be here and he arrived on time. He spent almost 4 hours going over some really bad spots in the carpet continuously going over and over again as finishing up the cleaning through out the house. Most areas looked so much better but the carpet wasn't savable …Mark gave it 100 percent so I give him 5 stars for his effort and professionalism and friendliness. WMeehan“

“The owners stopped out today to clean our ducts for us, but unfortunately due to the proximity of our furnace, the rotation brush type of cleaning would not be possible. Too tight of a space for them to get their equipment in there. We appreciated their honesty and were not charged anything. Great customer service and integrity. Really nice guys.“

“Clifford did a wonderful job cleaning our light colored carpets. We had several stains in our carpets from doing remodeling projects and I tried cleaning them on my own first without much luck. I polled friends and family to ask them who they recommended for cleaning carpets and Clifford was brought up immediately and repeatedly. I called to schedule and a human actually answered the phone! He was prompt, friendly, professional, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Already planning on booking again when needed.“

“Dylan came in and cleaned the system showed me what my air ducks look like before and after and I was amazed. The amount of dust and dirt that they were able to get out of my system was amazing gives me a peace of mind that my kids will be breathing fresh air I wasn’t sure about was it worth it but after seeing how much dirt they got out it was more than worth the amount of money!! these guys were professional nonjudgmental and helped move some of the bigger furniture out of the way They were kind and courteous to my children who were home from school I couldn’t of asked for a better team“

“I ended up having to cancel my move-out cleaning service due to issues with the movers I had hired, and Iris and Carl were both very understanding and sympathetic (and, bluntly, some of the only people to show me any kindness that day!) Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me! I contacted Excellent Cleaningz once again to handle move-out cleaning for my apartment. They were very flexible with scheduling (which proved necessary when some of my plans with other contractors went awry) and did a spectactular, thorough job. Their pricing was completely reasonable, and they were very transparent in what they were charging and why, both in preparing an estimate and in telling me what the actual service would cost on the day. I'd contact them again without hesitation.“
“This company is truly Twin City's finest! I had accompanied my Father-in-law during his appointment for a carpet cleaning due to brown stains left over from using a Kirby Vacuum. The appointment was schedule between 3 to 4 p.m. Josh and Bryan arrived only a minute or two after 3 p.m. which was great. In addition, they were both very professional, knowledgable, and engaging. This confirmed that they both knew exactly what was needed to be done and they cared enough to explain what they were doing during the entire process. To top it off, they were also very nice guys. At the end, they did a wonderful job of getting the carpet back to an almost near perfection of what it used to be. The result was 100% noticeable by the entire family. All in all, I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and the company should be fortunate enough to have guys like Josh and Bryan. Keep up the good work!“
