Very, very satisfied with the results! ARL laundered three wool rugs that my cat had puked on and they turned out beautifully! My rugs are fresh and bright - it's as if they are brand new! I will definetly use ARL again because their entire team WOWed me with their work. The delivery guys were professional and friendly. The contact people at ARL were very patient with all my questions and concerns. And of course the people who laundered my rugs achieved results beyond my expectations.
