The personnel was knowledgeable about the kind of rugs I had and the best method for cleaning each of them. All of the contacts I had with the staff were helpful and courteous, even the gentleman who exchanged someone else's rug for our rug. We left town shortly after our five rugs were returned from the cleaners and we didn't bother to open the rolls before we left. A week later we returned, opened our rug-role and found a lovely rug that wasn't ours. We called the company and they got right on the situation. We had our rugs back within a short time.
