I needed to hire a contractor for roof repairs after an Ice Dam. We had a State Farm preferred contractor initially set up to do the work but after multiple no shows decided to call a local roofer. Kevin with Platinum Exteriors took over the claim and I am glad they did. They documented additional damages not initially on the insurance scope of work and got it paid for. Highly recommend them! They should be a State Farm preferred contractor.

Tony and his team at Platinum Exteriors gave our old Richfield rambler the love we were hoping for, and then some! As first time homeowners, we inherited an older roof that aged even more before we could replace it. We couldn't be happier with the results and peace of mind Platinum Exteriors gave us.It was important to us to use a local roofer, and Tony proved why; he was at our house a few hours after requesting a quote, stayed in contact throughout our exploration process, and scheduled us for our replacement a week out after we agreed to move ahead.
