“Our condo building requires window replacements to be performed inside the units (rather than via the exterior}. We were referred to Sandstrom Windows because they've been successfully doing window replacements for many owners. The whole process went precisely as laid out by Chad Sandstrom at inception. This included the expected time for fabrication and availability, the installation appointment (on time and efficient), the paint touch up. The windows went in just ahead of an extreme heat warning. Our western exposure had previously resulted in hot afternoons. We now have superb heat and sound insulation. Windows are a major expenditure so who wants drama once you dig down into your checking account? Sandstrom was professional. Really cool literally and figuratively.”

Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. The roof was put on in a day and the clean-up was thorough. Our questions, which were plentiful, were always answered completely, patiently and kindly. Communication throughout the project was always clear and we didn't have to hover over the company to get information - it was offered proactively. We would rehire them again (but hope we don't have to!) and highly recommend Alex and North Point Services to others.”

“Jimmy and Bobby are great! They really care about customer satisfaction. A roofing project is a big and messy affair. They know that and they work hard to make it go as smoothly as possible even though we all know there will be challenges. My home has a flat roof and these guys know what they are doing. I'm sure they do other kinds of roofing well too. The project involved two big days with many people on site. The crew was pretty big and well organized. It was hot but they pushed hard all day in the hot sun. Smaller crews came over on other days to do metal work and other smaller details. They got it done as quickly as possible considering all the work to do, the weather and the additional constraint of mine to work with an insulator contractor. I got three bids and they were not the lowest, but I went with them bc they impressed me with their attention to detail and to listening to me. It's expensive, but a good value.”
