I called J&B roofing for a leak in the roof that we could not find to patch. We are selling our house and explained that it was time sensitive, and they had someone out same day. The employees that came out were super thorough, climbing onto the roof and looking around inside. They explained what they suspected the issue was, advised what we should do to remedy it and what products we should buy, gave us several possible options. They did tell me how much it would be if we opted to have them do it (and it was considerably less than I expected) but were in no way pushy about it. It’s hard to imagine a better experience with a roofing contractor than the one I had with J&B Roofing. Their field rep was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and their whole company delivered high-quality results quickly and affordably. J & B have done two roofs for me- excellent price, and name brand product that is appropriate for the weather in MN. The crew is friendly, and left the workspace very clean afterward. They worked hard, and fast. Hilda handles communicating with the customers and provides VERY reasonable quotes; they keep it simple and straightforward! I found J& B to be very honest which is hard to come by in the roofing/ contractor industry. While sometimes it may take a few extra days for them to get back to you, it's worth the wait.
