Minnesota Oncology provides compassionate care for cancer and blood disorders at multiple locations. The team is outstanding, showing concern and care for patients. Doctors are personal and nice, providing informative appointments and explaining diagnosis and treatment options. Lab technicians are good at drawing blood for testing. Patients receive caring and support throughout appointments and procedures, with timely and thoughtful responses to concerns. Doctors are caring and ensure patients' well-being, ordering tests as needed to make sure they are okay. Overall, Minnesota Oncology offers excellent support and care.
My husband has been a patient here three times over the past ten years. The staff are excellent, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the oncologists. Compassionate care with great knowledge and delivery. Five-plus stars for that!!
However, I’ve taken off a star overall because of the treatment area. Patients are shoehorned in there, practically one on top of another. There’s no privacy or confidentiality whatsoever. Getting infused is dramatic and traumatic enough so why not make it more comfortable? The doctor was very personal and very nice and laid out my diagnosis and treatment options the appointment was very informative and the lab technician was very good at drawing my blood for testing
