She helped me pick out the carpet, which looks fantastic in our space. She was responsive to all issues related to measuring and went above and beyond to correct some issues with measuring . Our install person Tom was also great and worked really hard to address some issues that had been missed in the measurement process- He worked extra hard to meet I need to have the space done before the holidays, even though it meant over extending. Great experience - hard to come by these days!“

“After wind damaged an old tile patio table, we decided to use some left over floor tiles we had purchased for a project some years ago to resurface the table. The only problem we had we needed a hole drilled in one of the tiles for the umbrella. Since I had no experience, nor the proper tools, I contacted The Tile Shop. They were very nice and provided me a list of their tile contactors to contact. I wrote emails to the first three on their list and was contacted by Troy. We agreed to meet a few days later in the The Tile Shop parking lot. He set a small table, prepared his tools and 15 minutes later we had a prefect umbrella hole in the tile. His fee was much less than what I would have paid for tools I would probably never use again. I would like to thank the folks at The Tile Shop and Troy for being very nice to work with and for helping me solve this problem.“

“Impressed at every stage of the process. I wanted to replace the carpet in a bedroom with LVP. I requested estimates from three companies. The Hamernick's representative was the most informative in discussing options for types (plank, tile, WPC/SPC), and how to deal with the stairs. She even examined the stain on the baseboards so it could be matched on the quarter round that would be needed. The price fell right in line with the other vendors who were not as thorough. The pleasant installers brought what they needed to move the heavy furniture, they ground the floor boards to ensure the tile laid completely flat, the discovered a heating vent in the floor the carpet layers covered up, the clean-up was thorough. The new floor is beautiful.

“Have a rental property where the carpet was removed and needed to be refinished. It was in rough shape with some permeant damage due to pets. They did a decent job on getting it to the best shape they could. Pricing was straight forward up front and seemed fair. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there was a miscommunication on getting the stains out. My understanding as they were all going to be removed but they were not and the finish was put over them. It was a little frustrating but there could have been a misunderstanding on my end and after discussing with him I see the pricing could not have reflected that type of work. I needed to do something to satisfy the local rental inspector and this did the job. Besides the stains the floor looks really nice! I would still recommend them for any job.Service: Restoration“

“Vincent & Chris from Heron Mark floors did a SUPERB job in refinishing the floors in our kitchen, dining room, great room, entryway and halls. The results are stunning, and it was very much worth the investment. They were very thorough in explaining the process at all stages and minimizing the disruption. I was especially impressed by their efforts to manage the dust. They advised us on best matching of the finish, and then applied several test finishes at allow us to select our preferred finish. Their attention to detail really impressed us, as well as their flexibility in scheduling the work (it does require multiple visits to complete).

I encourage you to get a quote, its likely less than you think. Our modest investment really updated our house (you don't notice how over the years the floors do become quite dull and worn). It's an amazing difference.
