“I participated in the Candlelight class and it was just want my body needed. It was focused on stretching and relaxation. The room was warm, so I still worked up a sweat without feeling like I was working out. It's located in a strip mall, so there is a ton of parking. They even have a locker room with showers should you need it. I had an enjoyable time and would certainly go back.“

“This gym is connected to a strip mall. They do have a small track if you rather run than do treadmill. The TVs are close to the workout machines. They also have a swimming pool. They have another area that I didn't know about.“

“I had a great time during my intro class at Club Pilates Plymouth! The instructor was engaging and knowledgeable and no joke, I feel taller when I left :-)The downside is I live slightly too far to get my money's worth and I don't think I want to commit to Pilates as my primary work out, but the price is a bit steep to pay for Pilates and other gyms.“
