Everyone at this gym is incredibly kind and welcoming. I recently started trying the aqua classes, and they've been amazing. Angela is an amazing instructor—she's so much fun and teaches with genuine passion. She takes the time to help everyone learn, encourages us throughout each class, and creates a positive, motivating environment. I absolutely love this club and highly recommend it.
Great club! Smaller than many of the Lifetimes, but i feel like that just makes it better. Equipment is well maintained, classes are top notch. There's a real environment of camaraderie in many of the yoga/strength classes that I have not seen at other clubs.
The employees are great as well! They help the members with whatever they can and seem to have fun doing so.
Great club overall! No complaints!
Friendly staff and satisfactory equipment/amenities at a fair price point compared to most gyms in the metro. The feel of the gym is a bit dated but has everything you need basically.
