I love this place! My nephew brought me and I was hooked. I thought I would hate the heat, but the dry heat really isn’t bad! Easy way to feel great and shed the extra pounds. I love the hot yoga and rowing.
Going on almost a year. Absolutely love my workouts.Strength flexibility and tone of my body has completely changed. The filling you get after workout is incredible. And the best part is I have no aches or pains like I did from previous gym memberships I have gone to in the past years.
