“We had a very unique and difficult hardscape project due to terrain and access or lack there of.. As a result, it was going to be a particularly expensive project so we got bids from a variety of companies. We were very torn because we were so impressed with River Heights. The owner, Nick, in particular was so attentive and professional. It was evident how much care and pride the company gave to their work and how much they value their customers. However, in the end, we made the mistake of taking what we thought was a lower bid but was only false promises and hot air. The final amount soared over what we were quoted without any apology or understandable explanation. Ultimately, we fired the company and finished with an independent contractor. I am leaving this review as a cautionary tale and to promote a company that stands by their word.”
