Their winter snow removal (big storms) method of communication is via Facebook/Messenger. Tbh - it took a bit to get used to, but it makes sense given how many customers want to know when their driveway will be cleared after a snow storm, and that snow removal services work through the night in these cases - it's the easiest form when out working in tough conditions.“
