An inside insulation pad on the door of the AC unit in my attic had come off and I was smelling the adhesive from the insulation. He assured me it was not a safety concern, but he did remove the insulation from that part of the unit and came back on Monday to do the full repair. While Rhett was here he checked the outside unit as well. He was polite, professional and explained what he had done. He made some recommendations for the installation of some added features. He explained the purpose of these additions but he did not try to force them on me.
