Dakota Heating & Air LLC is the best, providing local good service. The technician, Jamin, hooked customers up with great communication and expertise. What seemed like a big ordeal turned out to be a quick fix, with one air conditioner repaired in an hour due to a bad capacitor. The service was friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented, with thorough cleaning and checking of systems. They quickly identified issues, even those not directly related to the furnace, and fixed them on the spot. The big service guys would have charged 3x as much. They did an excellent job with a furnace replacement on a cold day, explaining options and cleaning up after themselves. Customers would not give second thought to calling and would definitely use them again.
My air conditioner quit working and called for a diagnostic he was very quick coming out and found a capacitor that was bad. He was able to take care of it and found another problem as well. If you are looking for a local good service I would not give second thought to calling.
