Prior to my selecting this company for equipment purchase and installation, Phil fielded numerous questions from me regarding equipment selection (furnace type, heat pump vs AC, humidifier, air purifier), pricing, warranties, rebates, etc., and was prompt and detailed in his responses. “So had issue with furnace last two days. Called LaSalle and Charlie came out within a couple of hours (1/31/26 it was a cold one). Turns out furnace filter was clogged! Due to, wait for it, room humidifier!!! Charlie explained why and showed me the filter with the white residue. Said most owners have no idea this can happen. He was great at explaining in easy terms. He was kind enough to not charge us for the house call. I will say they have been great to with when they put in our furnace 3 years ago. Won’t go anywhere else!“

“Our 2-year-old air conditioning unit stopped working in the late afternoon.
We called Burnsville Heating and Plumbing, who not only promised us a visit the next morning, but had a technician call us at 5 PM to help us trouble shoot. The technician, Will, was fantastic! Although the trouble shooting was not successful, Will showed up right away the next day. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had it fixed within a half hour. Will also cleaned our unit with our water hose and even curled it back up neatly before he left. This was a much different experience than dealing with the big box companies. We will never use anyone else in the future!“
